how much i want otc to be over, yet not
coz its realli tiring esp those sundays
however i realli love the time spend with hotel
and oso other people in the course.
the times we supported one another,
had fun together ohwells.
there will still be POC.
another performance to prepare yea
so hotel will have to meet up again
with qingjun too haha
celine have flew away!

anyway quite sad cannot go flyer wid them
coz if AGI. havent been on wid going out wid them
due to the many things, that are up
sorry ya.

and its juz 2 more weeks!
but thinking to myself
so what if i've survived the two weeks
so what if the posting is a pass
is this reali what i want for all my life
its a decision to make
a dilemma.
i dun want to disappoint my parents to be a PHD
yet,i dun wanna regret all my like.
i can see the difference when you have passion in something.
you will make extra effort,go the extra mile for it

feets dying as usual
many in and out for/from OT
in and out for admission/discharge
many many nice patients
learn many stuffs.
did more para. wid supervision
assisted in some admissions
assisted in bringing patient back from OT
see the routine urine...

fourth day
a morning shift
couldnt wake up tired out from the afternoon shift before
was ok.
helped to serve food here and there
para. again
wanted to help with sponging but patient went to bathe herself
help to few more admissions
had three dischardges and two transfer in/out
got scolded for standing around not asking wat we can do..
im asking tt every single time la please...
dun anyhow say when you dunno anything.
tsk nevermind.
the routine urine again
and learnt SMU
learnt more terms and reasonings
SPO2 machine is heavy with the plug, right naz?
wahahahah
then nothing much la.

first day is super boring.
ORIENTATION DAY!
you have to learn about the hospital vision etc.
rather dry,was falling asleep
then infection control
hospital tour was rather a killer,due to weather
then the welcome message by i forgot her some director la
our day ended at four plus.
went to collect grandpa's medication
then went home.

second day
we enter the wards
my ward discipline is surgical
for ent,gynea and uro.
A AIRCON WARD!
rather lucky to get it for first posting
patients there are mostly come in, go out.
they dun have to stay here long.
but not veri lucky as there are A1 rooms.
and some we are not to enter due to dun wan student nurse
hey,staff nurses were all from student to start la.
another no entry is the 2 high dependeny rooms
a pead room, currently no patients in there
which is good..
other then tt my team is nice!
haha the sn,ssn,seniors are so cute haha
some patients are so cute and sweet.
mdm wang is so nice
ohoh partner is naz! HAHA

hospital food now i realized is EXPENSIVE
one day i can spend up to almost $10 la!

anyway went for SAC'S sports carnival.
its so ironic of the school
celebrating national day cum sports day
and having the girls coming wid different flags.
why? coz of olympics.
they dont make sense right
anyway,help the contigent a little with the uniform
before their march
having sweets and everything.
you dont wanna be see-ing domino effect.
so yea today is a busy day
many many i mean really many casualties.
common cases,like hyperventilation,wounds and cramps.
most was cramps.!
next year have some MASS SAC WARMING UP SESSION!
then we wont be so dead after tt.
carried alot of people with sihui
and being me,i have very bad body mechanics.
so by the time i carry dunno how many my back was in super pain
haix yea i know i ask for it.
sorry if i was violent wid some of the casualties=X
this year's first aiders are super busy including teachers!

after the sports day we went over to TM..
we were all so dead and drained of energy.
like zombies la.. stoning and asking one another to help us go buy food
it was crazy!
but its quite satisfying to see those casualties back to health
esp those who had hyperventilation
at least its a sign we know our skills
and we didnt leave them to hyperventilate and die there.
personally i think this event was a very good exposure to juniors.
wether they learnt and took in the knowledge will be another problem
im proud to say the girls did well, they didnt panick watso eva
but they need to work on sense of urgency and their knowledge
to some its quite disappointing tt you all juz leave everything to the seniors
what if one day something happens and we are not there?!
people do have expectation of you.
coz you are a FIRST-AIDER mind you!
