waiting for 15 more minutes then go for driving and it's gonna rain soon! omg!! please not another rainy day?! just hope a drizzle will do until i reach home! hahaha
school has been a chore for the past three days of week 2... but still alright. everything coping well, hope that it's maintained! DUN PON LECTURES! though i had the urge ytd when lecture starts at 8am!
i cant think of anything to blog already, i lead my boring life. byes!
ps. my LE MONE book is so gonna kill me with it's weight!damn it.

HAPPY BIRHDAY JOLENE!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUNNA!
TIRED!!what do you expect with having dance on tuesday,wednesday,friday and saturday! and they end at 2230 hours! having to travel one hour home is NO JOKE!
also it's called: there goes your sleeping,eating,studying time.
but thank god, ms ong only wants the newbies to be involved in two items only:D
that means next week dance will be on wednesday and saturday only! woohoo!!
now havin floor burn wound on my knee, plus bruises,muscle aches, butt cramps,pain in the sole[eh, danced barefooted. wells shoes are uncomfortable esp when they are super slippery.]
all the dancers were like walking around like we have some muscular system problem. i had to go down the steps one by one initally,later on take the lift everywhere in school! tsktsk.
so... school's in, holiday's out. =X
in for a 'GREAT TIME' this sem, according to shaun goh [attachment lecturer] he said that this sem will be more difficult for us.
As injections will be in, BCLS will be in and many more. Im not really that worried for BCLS based on the knowledge i have since sec one. just that matter of amount of air blown in and the compression level that makes me, shiver a little. while injection can be a tedious process. should you pinch the site? stretch the side?give 90 degrees in?give 30 degrees in? which site are you giving? AHHHHHH! BRAIN CELLS ARE DYING.
let's hope for the best and my clinical lab lecturer doesnt go mad. FYI she takes us for mental health too, i think all mental health lecturers are psychotic in some ways!
anyway had elective chosen. PHYSICAL FITNESS in short, it's PE! wooohooo it's been ages since i had PE:D:D i wanna go running,play captain's ball [teresa said there is!] yay! so exciting right! but the minus point is that it's still examinable. that means we have to learn which muscle is being exercise etc. boooo. and it's on FRIDAYS! not able to go back for training and right after it may have dance.opppps. this sem my life is so piled up when it is only the first week. haix... face up to it,more to come! esp when musical will only end in feb, which is two weeks before exams! congrats to me!=X

I LOVE 98% OF THE STAFFS!
they are soso nice! they help you meet your objectives, they teach you things beyond classrooms and books, they treat you from the heart.
they believe in teaching you when you're a student. so when you become a SN you'll aid them well instead of being a bugger. which i think should be the way. best ward ever to be attached to!
never ever take students as just an extra pair of hands, if you know what i mean.

since last thursday have been too tired to update!
shall just sum up with my life.
ok, attachment. still at B2 side. which im happy with. dun really like working with paying class patients. have to be nice to them like super high class maids like that. yea.
last week i was at the female cubicle. funny la. got some long-stayer la. then they know the place well already so they joke with us and like their nice la. just non-stop callbells from certain people. tiring. and they somehow know what time to call! when you're ending your shift. so.... most of the time we have to OT with NO OT PAY! how tiring can it get. it's bad till we 'didnt see anything' and hurry run away. if not it's never ending!
this week im stuck at the male cubicle. ok,declaration. i dislike having male patients. coz i think some of them are very unhygenic, some are very MCP大男人主义！, and they got you know 男人味 i dun like the smell! i find it very smelly! haha maybe im gonna die alone....haha and so ya.
got one is so unhygenic until i clear his urinal which have urine inside! kena scolding by the stupid patient. not say like I never put back one new one for you right?! then scold me for what!

me and one PCA was in there at just the bed BESIDE HIS!
then he trying to be a joke or something press call bell.
so i went like uncle what you want?!
and he started blabbing whole loads of malay to me. HELLO DO I LOOK LIKE A MALAY TO YOU EVEN SO DO I LOOK LIKE I UNDERSTAND MALAY! EVERY DAY I HAVE BEEN TELLING HIM, UNCLE TALK TO ME IN CHINESE I CAN UNDERSTAND!!! HE JUST DOESNT CARE.TSK!
so never mind.
he went like i seriously didnt get him the first part, he was simply talking and only he can hear.
then i was like uncle why? nothing spill.*look around his drawer*
then he talktalktalk.
and finally he said clearly, why your take my urinal away?! [it's not yours it's the wards]
so i went like ok uncle you want to urine now izzit?
he went no!
then i say ok then why?
and he said i need a urinal here! you cant possibly ask me hold and blahblahblah. and he scolded me like i was the one who took it away.tsk.
then i say ok uncle i take another one for you ok?!
*takes urinal and come back*
he went on WHY YOUR MUST TAKE MY URINAL AWAY?!
so i explained to him[obviously not in a very nice tone,how irritated i was read and measure yourself, it's not the first day im standing his nonsense.]
UNCLE! urine is dirty, have to pour away and wash the urinal. and being a idiotic old man he said this what nonsense my urine is clean
totally i was like pissssssssed off already! i just walked away and let him continue ranting away.
what next, he's gonna say OH MY FEACES IS STERILE! wth la!
another one:
he ate HALF portion of the rice of his diet already.
then he complain to me say why the food is cold, said something else very sacarstic that i cant remember.
so i was like oh ok, you want i warm it up for you?
he was like can warm ah? ok warm.
*go warm 1 min*
uncle! come and have your dinner.
SO FAST!
my reaction was like o.o [how long you want?]
he continued with this you warm where the refrigerator ah?!
wth! what crap you talking about!! no, i think maybe you should use your ass to warm it up, it will work better then our microwave:)
so i said i warmed it ONE minute in the MICROWAVE!
and there he goes no la not warm enough must warm five minutes and all.
*warm 5 minutes,help serve milo[was supper time]*
went back about 10mins time.he was talking to other patients la, so not so hurry.
then i went back, uncle come eat.
wah, now take so long ah.
WTH LA! too fast complain, too slow complain. HELLO YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PATIENT I HAVE TO ATTEND TOO!
so i let him be went around adjusting curtain etc.
he removed the cover which was a little warmer than normal.
*glees* another patient help me by saying him, see now warm until your hand oso hot already!
woohoo thank you! yes that mr... is nice:D:D also i took him for casestudy!
ohoh he has a real funny message tone. it's like mehhhhhh....sage!
heard it when i was doing admission today! haha damn funny we were all laughing at him and the tone la! woohoo.
soso.... need all kinds of people to make the world go round.
but i would like to tell out to everyone is that....
nurses are humans.
we are children of our parents.
DO NOT treat us like we owe you big time.
DO NOT treat us like servants/slaves.
DO NOT think you are the only patient in the whole ward.
DO NOT think our job is easy.
DO NOT press callbells like it's for free [it's free], know your limits. we understand if you are unable to do it, but if you are able to do it why should we be your maid?
DO NOT purposely know it's our time off, you start calling like nobody's business or start calling once you see students walking into the ward.
DO listen to what we tell you, coz it's for your own good.
Relatives should also co-operate more rather than having things done at that moment!
we only got one pair of hands each! can't you all be a little more understanding?!
my list will go on. i wanna sleep.morning tml.

been busy with my life with attachment. tired is the word.
monday:
started with first day of posting.
went to SHS for orientation which lasted about 3 1/2 hours.
freaking boring i tell you. i wanted to sleep so much.
but cant=X after that we all headed for keming primary which was at BUKIT BATOK! like wth la soooo far. we got there, had our lunch and start work.
was at immunisation.. wells didnt get to do much coz it was first day.
just stand around see the kids get immunised and all.
i dislike them, i want to slap them. i love children but i also dislike noisy children esp thos that can fight back with you. tsk.
after that train back home. 45mins!!
tuesday:
went to keming straight. woke up at 5.30am! just to prepare and travel there.
what diff does it make if i have attachment at SGH and start at 7am?!
ok, after all the procrastinating. was a much better day.
managed to see scolio testing. coz there were pri 5!
was busy helping siti opening her Tdap. while the rest were the other side busy mixing the MMR.
yuppps we look like a mini factory.
had lunch at the canteen again, omg!! the yellow mee is like primary school's yellow mee! to all sacps peeps rmb we always Q for the yellow mee?! till the stupid school go and change 3/4 of the
stalls. we missed it soooo much!
wahahaha i got to eat it again:D:D
enough of the noodles.
back to factory work back in there.
then after attachment we went west mall for early dinner.
took some photos as if it was last day of attachment=X
back home.
wednesday:
orientation day.
attached to NHC. thank god i have no year ones.
haha i know i was once a year one and everything. but the thought of year ones asking you every single thing and you being a year two must have it right is quite scary.
so yea once again thank god for no year ones with us=X
was freaking boring, there were so many beds and i cant sleep on any of them:(
nothing to talk much about it.
ohoh! we saw ms ng! omg miss her la. she looks younger without all of us giving her headaches. eh we are nice ok?! it's the other classes that arent! hahahahahhaha yuppps she say she might come back to teach us in year 3! yay! we dun mind! since allison got her new batch of year one and lai bew meng left for dunno where. yuppps! come back, come back! i know you miss us:D hahaha
ok i wanna get back to sleep before heading for lunch and attachment.

I pray for all the victims around the world, who are suffering from natural disaster. May they be back on their feet soon. May their homes be restored to peace once again. May aid be largely available to them. May the children not be abandon. May they all not lose their love ones ever agian. God bless them.Amen.
