monday was a triage.
you can be an ECG pro just by being there in awhile.
so many ECG to do and you had to do it fast...

tuesday was at OTO room.
nothing much to do, all i did was slack with the staff nurse inside until 9am...
then i went over to consultation...
WOOHOO finally got to do my IM inj. the doctor super nice
i was like 'Dr, can i do the IM?'
she went 'Sure can! i'll be more then happy'
managed to do another one at the gluteal area!:)

wednesday was at EOW.
nothing much to do also.
just help the pts go toilet, get water etc.
had a fun time talking to the staff. and one staff was super nice, she went through the protocols with me! *touched*

thursday was at triage.
however, i was frustrated becoz
1. there are gonna be 3 students there in my shift
2. change over had 6 students stuck there
3. i had to work with a pest
in the end, i ran to my CI... tell her i go PR la...
if not so many student stuck in triage dun look good also..
so she was fine with it, she let me be in resus too! woohoo!
i love CI!
so... at PR room got to see the Dr do stitching...
then there was this junior Dr who was doing the procedure, while the senior Dr supervise and teach her.. at the same time he also teach us... nice Dr right?!
as she do one stitch he goes 'good....excellent....perfect' super funny!
he even asked me if i wanna be a OT nurse. immediate reaction NO~! hahahah
why? heard the surgeons there are nasty... that's all.
i believe no one is more superior than another, we work together to give the best to our patients.
managed to see them use the defibrillator. quite scary.
remember.... ONLY shock when it's VF OR PULSELESS VT.

friday was at resus again! woohoo!
this time manage to see and do more things... but tt someone still make my blood boil ttm!
we had a collapse case... so tt person is obese abt 180++kg...
autopulse was useless on him coz he was too big...
so had to do manual CPR. i expected it, had my gloves don on and went to help...
i did two cycles and was tired, had mask on, pt overly big you needed more strength.
then one Dr said 'why not a male student take over?'
so jervena went 'robin you go take over' FYI IT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE A CHOICE.
then robin went 'no,no.. it's ok' *yes wth right*
in the end the male staff took over...
after tt robin came back from dunno where, come let me take over...
then the Dr saw tt robin is tired... told hassan to take over...
robin went like 'let me do one last cycle first'
RUBBISH! just now dun want dun want... now let me do one more...
if im a patient wait for you to save me ah... i sure go to heaven alr!tsk!
ok... readers. THIS IS NOT THE BOILING POINT...
we were supposed to do last office
so everyone helped... except for bloody hell robin!
i mean if you think you're too old, cannot manage GET THE HELL OUT OF THE RESUS ROOM! just like beechoo, she went off. i dun blame her...
he kept standing down there with his shit piece of paper and pen... forever dunno what he is writing! fyi when we doing resus he was doing tt also! previous case also! damn blood boil!
can't he see all those that we doing last office were the females only.. and mind you pt is obese and a male! SO WHAT IS STOPPING YOU?! even the SCDF and combat medic guys had the initiative to ask if we needed help, one didnt even ask just helped... YOU?! STAND DOWN THERE BLOCK WAY ONLY! WTF! he is damn lucky we had the guys to help us, if not i would have been screaming at him alr! USELESS POS! i seriously can rant alot of shitty things he did..
one of the day, CI was going through the oxylog with us...
she was like 'everyone tell me one thing on the oxylog'
so we were talking about CPAP,SIMV all those...
all the while robin was the only quiet one, we were all brainstorming tgt...
then suddenly when he knows something, instead of helping us he went like 'uh hur, then somemore' wtf! freaking rude la... CI was just there la... when how there he question us! tsk!
then he looked down on his partner la... normally he will say in front of CI 'ohoh it's my pleasure to work with ....' but tt day his face black until gonna thunderstorm..
'WO KAN BU QI ZHE ZONG REN!'
seriously, everyone are here to learn together... there are things i won't know and there are things you won't know.... why not share and grow tgt...
the worst is my MOT posting with him... pray hard i dun get same ward with him for PRCP..
if not i will bang wall!

Now let's talk about happy stuff!
went to malaysia with sheena and family during deepavali long weekend.
enjoyed myself ttm!FIRST DAY!(5.11.10)
met sheena and her family at her house there.
mummy gave me a lift there, super happy! haha
then we set off for malaysia...
have been looking forward to this trip since last week.
then we went throught immigrations and went for breakfast!
the waiter had horrible memory=X
anyway we had masala thosai! not bad! haha
afterwhich we travelled for another 5 hours into KL.
we went sight seeing on the cruise... awesome view!
then there was this iraq ppl, they kept looking at me.. so i tot they wanted me to help them take a picture... in the end they wanted to take photo with me.... *BLUSH* the lady said coz i had a nice smile! compliment lehx! hahahahaha
the reason why im smiling so nice coz.... I FINALLY GET TO GO HOLIDAY! WAHAHAHAHA!
after that we went to the batu cave... climbed 255steps! my only motivation was seeing the oldies being able to make it up there...so why can't i?! hahahha
and the coming down was horrible... my legs were shivering... fear of heights. was super scared i'll roll down!
then we had coconut to quench our thirst! shiok!
when mr ibraham said 'after this we're gonna check into our hotel'
me and sheena was like WOOHOO! we've been looking forward for him to say this! hahah
checked into our hotel... SHEENA RAN FOR THE BED LA! hahaha...PIG!
so we rested awhile, and went to putrajaya times square!
spent some money on faceshop and this outlet called F.O.S nice clothes there! haha
then we had nasi bryani for dinner, super nice... they put it in a small container to keep it warm!
after that we went chinatown... there sells all the fakes of branded goods.
then little india for phototaking and lights... was a little scared coz they could put fireworks as and when they liked...
twin towers was next! took more photos... then came back to the hotel eat logan,bathe,gossip, talk abt next day's plan, camwhore and most imptly.... SLEEP!

SECOND DAY!(6.11.10)
woke up... had toothpaste squeezed on my toothbrush for me alr... YAY TO SHEENA! haha coz she had to pass it to the others...
so we went for buffet breakfast at the hotel downstairs.
cornflakes!! wheeeee and i forgot what was for breakfast tt day! opppps.
then we went back to our hotel room... relax...
after tt went to the hot spring... booo didnt bring our own clothes, so no jaccuzzi for us:(
in the end we make use of the time to cam whore! hahahha
then we went to mid valley shopping mall for lunch...
afterwhich, only me and sheena went shopping, rest of her family went off back to the hotel.
FUN TIME SHOPPING MAN~! HAHAHA we shopped for 3 hours! wheeees!
then mr ibraham and the driver came to fetch us back to the hotel.. another r&r session before going our for dinner... then came back to the hotel..
more relaxing day:) so at night, our room was 'restricted, ladies allowed only'
hahaha did mask for sheena, gina, their mama, and nori! hahaha super funny...

THIRD DAY a.k.a LAST DAY!! (7.11.10)
we woke up... went down to the market there to walk and their mama bought some things..
i also bought some jamboo and mango back for my family!:)
then went back to the hotel for breakfast... this time i rmb... NASI LEMAK..
made sure we ate full coz it will be a long journey back..
so we checked out of the hotel at about 8.30am..
arnd 11.30am... we reached a toilet place... the beside there got a mart selling all types of keropok! hahah bought mummy's fave tapioca chips... and alot more la! spent all my money im left with there... about RM60.... sing dollar 30! haha
we had our last meal at jb... i used my hand to eat while sheena and gina used fork and spoon! joke la! gina was like 'funny ah, the chinese using hand, the indian using fork and spoon!' hahahah
but i must admit... the three days im well-fed with indian food! hahahahah
reached singapore around 2pm...

overall.... I HAD AN AWESOME TIME WITH SHEENA, NORI, GINA, MR IBRAHAM AND THEIR MAMA! super glad they dun mind having me along... some take good care of me! haha
hope we'll have more OUTINGS tgt! hahahah
